Services
XSquare Media provides website design, web development, WordPress development, ecommerce development, mobile app development and related digital services.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information.
- Supply required content, images and approvals.
- Review deliverables promptly.
Payments
Invoices are payable according to the agreed proposal or quotation. Work may be paused for overdue invoices.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Because every project is custom-built, development resources are allocated immediately after project commencement. Deposits, milestone payments and completed work are therefore non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of completed work transfers to the client only after all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. XSquare Media may display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
XSquare Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
